This lamp is my one of my most ambitious creations because of its scale. For our final project in my product design class we were tasked with creating a piece of furniture or a light fixture. I've always wanted to work with light, and needed a standing lamp for my room, so I after a round of sketches and renderings, I built this lamp standing at over six feet tall. The process required a CNC machine, a reciprocating saw, and an immense amount of sanding.
